Hotel location is quite far from central area of Danang center area. Hotel AC does not work properly. carry your own warm blanket in winter or cold season, because hotel staff is not even helpful to provide one.

Thank you Tina (F&B manager) for taking such good care of us during breakfast and we look forward to bumping into you in Sydney, thanks for the staff for being accommodating in changing rooms and telling the neighbours to be quiet in a previous room (some uncles celebrating mid autumn festival till 2am). Great experience

Great value for the price. The rooms are nice and clean. And if you get a room with a beach view it’s even nicer. The hotel is conveniently located right across from the beach although there aren’t any cafes/eateries along that portion of the beach. It’s still a good location and easy to get around using grab.

We really enjoyed our stay here, and we're able to relax after a few hectic weeks in Hanoi. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, even for vegetarians. The breakfast staff were very helpful with good English and would adjust menu options to satisfy vegetarian requirements. The pool deck was a good place to relax with a good view of the beach. The suite was spacious with a huge bathroom. The lounge seating is very comfortable. Although the location is east of the river overlooking the beach, it is very easy to get a Grab taxi into town and back. A good view of the Lady Buddha and well worth visiting but get a Grab taxi as it is further than you think, it's not easy to walk. Highly recommended for a comfortable relaxing stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
