Nice clean hotel, spacious room and bathroom. I felt the mattress was quite uncomfortable.. I stay over in hotels often with my job and this was the worst mattress I've encountered in a long time. There was also a lot of traffic noise audible in the room, windows could do with triple glazing.. hotel seemed very quiet regarding occupancy which was no bad thing.. staff were pleasant though.. also it's a bit far out for when visiting the main attractions if you don't have a car, public transport though is good be it a little confusing when your knowledge of German isn't the best.

A good hotel to stay in Berlin, affordable, next to all the means of transport (tram, bus, metro, S-train). The staff was friendly. There was a dirty towel in our room, we informed the reception and they changed it by the end of the day. They even let us have a late check out due to work. I recommend it.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and pleasant. The rooms are a bit dated but the bed was comfortable enough, and once we moved to a courtyard facing room, quiet. The breakfast was good, with a selection of tea leaves as well as fresh coffee, and all the usual breakfast type foods from cold to hot fare. The hotel was a couple of minutes walk from the underground station.

We stayed 6 days and 5 nights. The employees were nice and friendly. There is an innovative policy where if you don't get your room cleaned one day you get a free drink the next day. We tried it a few times. You have to just go ask the front desk for your free drinks. There was water out in the lobby so we started filling our water bottles and were told it was only for "welcome drinks". We were never offered welcome drinks and never saw anyone drink the water. The rooms are okay but the free WiFi is awful, there are no outlets beside the bed, our conditioner was empty when we arrived and not filled until we asked, the carpet is very old and worn and stained, and twice after our room was attended there were black dirty shoe prints on the bathroom floor. The location is good.
