Lovely hotel. Beautiful bathroom, comfy beds and very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. A short walk to the nearest s-bahn, so easy to get around and about. A handy convenience store just across the road too.

Great hotel. Clean and everything in order and working. Lovely staff. Location is a little off, a few weird things seen in the streets outside (a crashed abandoned car parked up etc) but generally a good place with good people. I would stay again.

Always great to stay at this hotel. The team at the front desk is warm and very helpful. The rooms are a good size and bright with big windows. Overall a great place for business travellers. It’s quiet and there is not much traffic around so a good nights sleep comes easy. Well equipped and sized bathrooms too. The only thing I would ask the staff to take care of is the cleaning of cups which were sometimes left not so clean after the room clean out. It’s a small thing that could make a difference but overall I like staying here and would recommend it.

Great hotel and great location to see the sights of Berlin. Nice clean rooms. Two chairs to sit at which is a nice touch as most hotels only provide one. Friendly staff. I'm told by friends that live in Berlin that this is unusual for Berlin. Breakfast is clearly labelled to identify allergies and cater for vegans. If you choose not to have daily room service, the hotel give you a voucher for a drink at their bar. Toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand and body moisturizer). Own room fridge to store your own goodies, plus kettle, teas and room safe. Windows that actually open. So refreshing as most have safety locks that dont allow this. If you like to watch TV in English, bring your own device as the room TV has just the French news channel in English.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
