        Unpleasant Stay at NH Hotel Unfortunately, my recent one-and-a-half-day stay at NH Hotel did not meet my expectations, considering the amount I paid. While the room itself was comfortable, several significant issues greatly impacted my overall experience. Although the room appeared satisfactory at first glance, I was disappointed by the state of the bathroom. Visible mold was present, which is unacceptable given the high price of my stay. This created an unpleasant atmosphere and raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the accommodation. The most disappointing aspect, however, was the treatment I received from the blonde receptionist. Her behavior was overtly racist and impatient. She was in the wrong position, and her unprofessional response was far from respectful. As a guest with a darker skin tone, I not only felt uncomfortable but also disrespected. I trust that this feedback will be used to enhance the service and quality of NH Hotel. A welcoming environment and respect for all guests, regardless of their background, are crucial for a positive hotel experience.

        Perfekt location between Grote Plats and Brüssel Centraal. The staff is very friendly and service oriented. BUT the maintenance of the rooms and common areas must have been seriously neglected for several years. Stains in the carpeting and in the bathroom tiles, shabby and worn out furniture. Maybe the implicit client focus is on stag parties and not on Business travellers?

        Room: could require renovation, feels dated especially in the bathroom. Very different from the pictures you see when booking. Cleanliness: in room OK, but hallway dirty Noise: very poor sound insulation. You can hear internal water pipes very well, and it felt like I was in someone’s bathroom. There was also other guests’ noise and outside noise. Location: a good part of Brussels Aircon/heating: good Coffee/tea facilities: good I’ll give 3* because it wasn’t actively bad, but would not recommend, mainly due to the room and noise.

        Worst hotel so far in my 32 years of life. The location of this hotel is not worth the unhealthiness you need to suffer during your night stay. The infrastructure and organisation are non existant. Even though the staff is friendly, the hotel had bigger problems with general comfort provided to customers for this rate. The air conditioning didnt work. The ventilation in the bathroom didnt work, the walls had drip marks in it like someone sprayed a lot of beer and didnt clean it up, the bed was on wheels, there was no plug points beside the bed, the electric switch controller unit came off in my hand. The ventilation unit had mould growing in it. There is so much sound, we expected it to be from the street, but its from the inside the building. Seems like every time someone closes their room door, we get a hige bump sound on our door. This hotel was so bad that at a certain point it was funny for me and my wife. We asked for help about getting a change of room as it was too warm. We got one fan good enough for one side of the bed. I RECOMEND NOT BOOKING THIS HOTEL.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
