Very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Location was very convenient (steps away from the metro, and a park, groceries, and pharmacy within walking distance), and rooms and amenities were quite nice. Staff was friendly and helpful; one even helped fix my stuck winter coat zipper in a slightly embarrassing instance. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Brussels for the first time, and it was an excellent decision. The location was great, the room was spacious and very clean, it has a big bathtub, and the service was great as well. It easily became one of our favourite hotels during our travels. Will absolutely stay here again whenever I visit Brussels! :) Thank you NH Brussels EU Berlaymont Team.

The best hotel for work travel to the EU institutions in Brussels. The most convenient location, high standard, clean rooms, good breakfast. The only thing is if you travel in winter, the rooms are quite cold. But otherwise everything perfect.

This has been one of the worst hotel experiences in my life and I have travelled quite a bit. The room was falling apart, water in the shower wouldn't drain, it was dirty and uncomfortable. We went as a group on a business trip and their excuse was that our agency booked us single rooms and the others were better but having 5 people complaining about similar things, from seeing insects in the bathroom to cleanness issues or the draining problem can't be just bad luck. I will never go there again and I am reconsidering the brand in the future

Horrific experience with this hotel. Got notified by email hours before check in that my reservation had been cancelled as payment couldn’t be processed. This was despite getting an email the day before confirming my room had been guaranteed and the hotel made no effort to contact me simply cancelling the reservation straight away. I rang 10 minutes after getting the email to sort the situation but was told the room was already gone. They were clearly overbooked and found an easy way to solve this by cancelling my room. The hotel made no effort to solve the issue just repeating they were fully booked. I would advise people to stay away unless you want to run the risk of this happening to you and leaving you stranded as the hotel clearly don’t mind doing this!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
