        I had an awful stay at this hotel. The staff lacks friendliness, displays selectivity, and engages in denigrating/racist behavior. It's a subpar experience, especially considering its supposed five-star status. The rooms are cramped, the renovations are subpar – everything seems to be made of particleboard, and they haphazardly connected the air conditioning pipes, making it sound like the neighbors are having intimate relations. There are no amenities or a pool, and the reception staff collectively exudes a very haughty attitude. I strongly discourage anyone from staying here, and I hope my review impacts the hotel's star rating.

        This hotel is a disaster - falling apart everywhere. I have stayed at other NH hotels and this one seems like the black sheep of the family. The lobby is nice, but my room was holding on to its last breath. The wall paint needs to be refreshed, the furniture is beat up, the bath tub is old, the soap holder is almost falling and has fungus where the nails are, and the breaker turned off when when we plugged the clothe iron that the hotel staff provided. Even worse, a few blocks away they have a way nicer NH hotel. Don’t know what happened here. The brand is usually very good. At least the location and service were good. One last thing, skip the breakfast - horrible.

        We enjoyed our stay in the suite on floor 11. Staff was very helpful. Location central to many areas. Breakfast was ok- scrambled eggs, fruit, pastries. Coffee tea and waters

        Hotel is clean, modern, and basic but service is not good at all. They charge for coffee pods that are always free in other hotels and they don’t tell you until you checkout. The manager is rude and mean. Honestly would not recommend

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
