The hotel is incredibly well located being just 3 minutes walking for a train stop that offers direct connection to the airport. You can also cross the bridge and be in the city center in less than 10 minutes. The rooms are good and some have a nice view of the river. Free wifi and nice staff. Unfortunately, the breakfast is not free for all guests but there are fantastic coffee places around the city.

Great location, just a 10 minute walk to the city center. Also right next to a metro line, and in a clean and safe area of town. The hotel itself is luxury & tastefully decorated. One of the nicest NH Collection hotels in Europe. My room was spacious, quiet & comfortable. It also had small details such as heated tile on the bathroom floors. During my winter stay, the room was cozy warm. Only suggestion would be to have a wider range on the thermostat…even when turned all the way down, the room was quite warm — although it wasn’t uncomfortable so I didn’t ask if management could make any adjustments. Staff were friendly. Overall, 10/10 recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience! We went for a little, 1 night, staycation at NH Collection. I wanted to try the hotel ever since it opened due to the great location and luxurious feel. The lobby is beautiful and inviting. The staff very pleasant and friendly, they were lovely to deal with. The room was one of the best we have ever stayed in. Luxurious, spotlessly clean. Beautiful view over the canal and Copenhagen! I was celebrating my birthday, which my husband notified the hotel about in advanced. In the room, a bottle of cava, cakes, nuts, and a personalized note was waiting for me. Such a beautiful touch! Greatly appreciated. We didn’t try the breakfast but I am sure it is great. Will happily return again and can definitely recommend to anyone in need of a great hotel in a prime location!

We stayed here for our wedding and had such an amazing experience. The staff were so friendly and kind to us, they were always really helpful whyenever we needed something or some information. Our rooms were so beautiful and we are still talking about some of the amenities (if we could buy the pillows we would). The beds are so comfortable and the room has a great temperature control so it is always comfortable to sleep in. We loved the location because it's a quieter area while also being very close to the city centre. The breakfast was so delicious and the bar had a great selction of wines. We will return for our anniversary for sure, we can't wait to stay again. Thank you for making our wedding trip so special NH Collection Copenhagen!

Everyone was so lovely and eager to help when needed. Great service, couldn’t fault anything. Convenient location, 5min walk (if that) to metro station and just a short walk over the bridge to Nyhavn. Rooms were tidy and the breakfast was out of this world! Loads of options, consideration of all dietary needs. Would definitely stay here again

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
