Be careful using the Bathroom stuffs like dryer. I got electric shock and there was short-circuit and the dryer get burned. No electricity for sometime. They are good to change the room but didn't compensate with anything to you for your trauma or didn't asked for any medication also for such things. Other than the room is in good place and accessible to every place. They're giving coupons for not taking room service and mention that you can have a drink of your choice but you didn't get your choice. So, you have to pick 3 drinks from their choice. So, it's not your choice. Be wise with this. Take room service so at least you will feel good when you are back and bed will be fresh with new bedsheets and towels. Otherwise it feels like you are staying in worst place after paying so much of money for your trip. The breakfast is really good and wonderful to start your day. So you should think wisely while choosing the hotel. Feel good other than that and nice place to stay.

Me and my partner stayed here for our Christmas trip, the location is excellent for all the local landmarks and most within a 5 to 10 minute walking distance. We were lucky to have one of the most sought-after rooms that has an amazing view of the Striezelmarkt. Breakfast in the hotel was full continental, however the toaster was broken! But there was plenty of foods to choose from. Reception staff were polite and friendly and gave soke great advice regarding the Tram network for getting around.

Clean hotel, in an excellent location, pleasant room, good breakfast and excellent staff. There was a certain problem with our room which was handled with sensitivity, professionalism, speed and fairness worthy of appreciation. We would like to especially mention the receptionist Lilly Preuss who took care of the problem and gave us excellent service

The hotel is brilliantly located. About 300 meters from the centre of the old town and main attractions. We had a double room. It is very spacious, but weirdly empty. As in almost no furniture. But it’s nice and big. The breakfast buffet is pretty decent. Good selection and lot of seating. Staff is nice and helpful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
