We had a very pleasant stay at the NH Hotel ! From the arrival to the departure, the level of service and professionalism were definitely above expectations. The facilities are amazing, the hotel staff so nice and kind. Despite minor inconveniences outside of the hotel’s scope, there were perfectly addressed. The level of cleanliness is high, the rooms are always clean. The beach and the swimming pool are so great ! A big thanks to the NH staff! We would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to our closed ones.

Everything was perfect. The staff, the location, the hotel itself, the cleanliness, the beach. The hotel was really trying to accommodate all of our requests. We had some minor issues (outside of the hotel's control), however the hotel made sure that we still enjoy our stay, and we really did! So far one of the best hotels in Dubai I have been to, and plan on definitely coming back! A big thank you to NH The Palm, and all of their staff!

We had a really lovely stay at NH collection Dubai the Palm. We stayed for 5 nights over New Year’s Eve and really enjoyed the amenities the hotel has to offer. Room size is very spacious, however we were a bit put off by the bathroom. The shower grout was either poorly installed or not in good shape, the rest of the room was fantastic and we made good use of the space and kitchen. The location of this property at the end of Palm West is awesome, after we enjoyed the hotel breakfast in the morning we would walk down the palm west promenade. The access to the beach club in addition to the amazing rooftop pool is a huge value! Staff was amazing from arrival, daily valet, breakfast, poolside service, through departure.

The hotel is exactly what was described on the website with allot of amenities throughout the hotel complex. The rooftop pool, though busy was kept in great condition. The beach, even better. Though it is hard to give a full five stars because it is evident that the hotel is not going for the all inclusive feeling which makes it great because it keeps the costs down. When it comes for the bang for your buck, this hotel is worth every penny of your hard earned dollars.

4/5 NH Collection Dubai The Palm impressed me with its captivating location and top-notch amenities. The hotel staff was consistently friendly, contributing to a positive atmosphere. The rooms provided a comfortable retreat, ensuring a pleasant stay. While the overall experience was commendable, there is room for improvement in some aspects. Perhaps a bit more attention to certain details could enhance the guest experience further. Despite this, the stunning surroundings and the quality of service make NH Collection Dubai The Palm a solid choice. I would recommend it to those seeking a memorable and comfortable accommodation.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
