I stayed here for 2 nights with my husband and daughter as we were attending a trade fair in Messe Frankfurt. Location is fine as walking distance to the Centre however the experience in the hotel was very poor. - There is nobody to assist with your bags to your room after check-in - there are 4 elevators but only 2 were working the whole time and there were literally queues of people waiting, it was a painful experience if you had to go up or down. The electricity went in the lobby where the elevators are so we had to wait in the pitch black. - staff at breakfast are just wondering doing nothing, so many dirty tables but nobody cleaning them unless you literally chase them to do it for you. It seemed to be best option when we were booking but honestly unless you are staying literally 1 night for business, I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Nice views from the high floors, overall a comfortable stay. Soft beds. Bit further from the Frankfurt train station than it looks like, but it's still about 10 minutes on foot. Right next to a shopping centre and many restaurants.

I had a great 4-night stay here. Service was great and the staff were friendly. The room was so cozy, beautiful and had a great view of a part of the area. What I didn't enjoy was the breakfast. There were no great varieties. But that aside, everything else was super great. I'd definitely stay here again.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The personalized birthday amenities and the stunning room made my special day extraordinary. The guest relations team, especially Fariza, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their attention to detail and warm gestures made it the best birthday experience ever. A cozy place with first-class facility and layout. Staff at the reception desk are all friendly and arranged almost all the problems efficiently. However, the noise made by the toilet never stopped through the night.😵‍💫Maybe the insomnia is one of the hotel welcome gift?😜

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
