I want to speak highly of this team. They are so professional and courteous. I checked in a little early from my flight/layover and they accommodated every aspect of my stay. At first glance, I feel little uneasy being alone in the hotel, but their service made it exceptional. The bathrooms are perfect, love the snacks in the mini bar area, and the hotel is central. I plan to stay at more NH collection hotels thanks to the Abascal team.

Great hotel option! The layout of the room is a bit cumbersome. At least in ours, the bathroom door can't open all the way if you want to use the toilet, and the water from the shower sprays pretty much everywhere since the door to the shower only goes about halfway. BUT, other than that, an awesome hotel. The staff were EXCELLENT, especially the breakfast staff. This was our 5th hotel during our trip, and they were by far the nicest and the best.

What a heavenly respite! Breakfast service was friendly, warm, fast, and so helpful. Aga and Mateo were so welcoming and attentive. The food was perfect - healthy and delicious! Perfect cappuccinos, fresh vegetables and fruit, eggs, yogurt, more. The room is beautiful - so wonderfully quiet, comfortable, and serene. We highly recommend the NH Abascal!

This NH is located in the heart of Madrid in the quiet and high-class neighbourhood of Chamberí. The service was incredibly attentive and resourceful. The room was very clean, well-equipped and cozy. The breakfast was clearly the highlight of my stay (full of options, tasteful, and options a-la-carte). My only "but" was that the room lacked natural light (the view was towards an inner corridor) and the gym (it would be nicer to have more and heavier equipment). Very, very recommended.

It was an exceptional stay. The room's comfort definitely exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, and I chose one on the quiet side, so I could open the window, and nothing disturbed me at night. The room was tastefully and functionally decorated. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't evaluate it. The hotel is well-connected due to its proximity to Gregorio Maranon station. A huge plus is the extremely friendly reception staff who speak very good English. When I return to Madrid, I will definitely stay at the same hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
