Very nice hotel. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Wonderful buffet breakfast full of hot and cold options and a really nice variety of pastries... brought out fresh and warm, too... yum. Custom station cook to order omelet, scrambled, or sunny eggs, etc. The rooms are lovely. Large stand-up shower with rain shower head and a handheld. Robe and slippers in the room. Coffee, tea and a mini bar.

Really good rooms - light and airy with an opening window. Quiet overnight and comfy beds. Great shower and separate basin area. Loads of places to eat nearby without heading to the City centre. Very good selection at breakfast.

A really beautiful hotel with comfortable large bed... Great facilities in the room including a mini bar, coffee capsules machine, tea, infusions, corkscrew & bathroom extras... I would highly recommend staying here & the staff are very welcoming & friendly.. English & Spanish speaking staff.. Thanks for your courtesy 🙂

First time staying at Euro building. The actual hotel itself is very much like a Hyatt / Hilton hotel. The state is relatively comfortable. The hotel room itself (I got a suite) it’s very much so like an IKEA room. Furniture looks very cheap. The AC system in the unit doesn’t get cold. A few of my friends were in different rooms as well whether it be superior rooms or your regular standard room and they had the same complaint. You can put the AC on full blast- all the way to its lowest temperature, and the room will still be hot and muggy. I recommend opening the window. Now, when it comes to the staff, I had a problem with the manager on duty. his name is CARLO PRADO. I actually went to check my hotel bill, which I highly recommend everyone to do because I had charges on my bill that I did not authorize. it was quite concerning, and I was very adamant that I wasn’t going to pay those charges. The charges also came from the gym. The gym charges if you use the locker room and sauna room. You’re only allowed to go to the actual gym machine area. Nobody told me this from the Front Desk staff or the Front Desk staff at the actual gym facility as you walk-through. It wasn’t until I got out and was told I was going to be charged €30. I went back to the actual hotel desk at euro building and CARLOS PRADO, give me some pushback. I reiterated that his staff did not tell me that if I used a locker in the gym and went into the sauna area in the locker room that I would be charged. If I’m entering a gym facility, I’m assuming that everything within that facility is for use. I’m not sure why there is extra charges so please be careful. Back to Carlos now, he seem to have some sort of discriminating undertone when I did speak to him. He did say something along the lines of stupid American, which I understood. And I did tell him I understood and he didn’t say anything. For someone who is a service industry manager, you should learn how to conduct himself as the team leader, but also have his staff inform the hotel occupant about where charges could arise.

Enjoyed the hotel BUT don't stay on the first floor on New Year's Eve if you value your sleep. The hotel hosted a NYE party that went until 5am with overly loud bassy music reverberating through the hotel through to 5am. Why put guests on the first floor if they aren't indulging in the new year's rave? Really unhappy when we had to get up at 6:30 to head to the airport

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
