Clean. Modern. Amazing. Costumer service was amazing from the minute we walked until we left. All the staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had let them know we had a child with us and they put a bassinet in our room without asking along with some baby toiletries. Very central next to the grand via stop. I would definitely stay again.

Easy, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Very spacious room. Location is right in the middle of Gran Via. Great breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooftop bar is absolutely amazing.

Where to begin about this fabulous hotel? Maybe the modern and sexy interior details? Maybe the incredibly popular terrace with stunning views and beautiful lighting, music, and drinks? Maybe the incredibly friendly staff who made check in easy? Or maybe the fresh breakfast they serve on another beautiful terrace each morning, with tasty bites and beautiful views of the city? It’s hard to know where to begin when reviewing this place. Perhaps I’ll just have to settle with saying of all the places I’ve ever stayed in all of Spain, this hotel is my personal favorite.

This hotel has a prime location on Gran Via street, and this is already a big plus. Also, staff is very friendly and eager to help. Rooms are clean but a little on the small side. Windows kept most of the noise out, but were not totally soundproof. The water pressure was great and the bathrooms clean. The sky bar is obviously a major highlight seeing the daily queues, but I didn't go myself, so I have nothing to add there. For the cons, I was nauseated by the constant smell of garbage in the corridor leading to the elevators, at the far end of which is a doorway to a back area, I think. The horrible smell was there all 3 days of my stay, and I always covered my nose when accessing this area. This shouldn't be part of any hotel's "luxury experience." Also, the mattress and pillows were not comfortable. If you're like me and your partner moves often while sleeping, then you'll move along with their every tiny movement. It wasn't great. I've been to other hotels on Gran Via, so I am comparing of course. I hope my feedback can be used to improve. Because there is room for improvement. Thanks.

It has been two years since we visited. And we still have wonderful memories of this hotel and namely a wonderful gesture: My partner had birthday on the second day of our stay. I mentioned it to the hotel before our arrival, the staff asked me for a photograph and prepared a wonderful surprise upon our return to the room. Also left some eadible tokens in a beautifully wrapped box. We still have the mug and think of NH Gran Vía every time we use it. Muchas gracias! We will be back even outside of our birthdays!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
