This NH location is in the central and quiet side as well. Our Room was immaculate, everyday the room was cleaned as we visited it for the first time. We called reception quite a few times and all of our questions were answered or done straight away. Location is perfect and all staff members are young and professional smile at us. Everyone made us feel welcome and I definitely recommend this hotel. It includes all the facilities in the room. Swimming pool is has nice views! Great value for a local run 5 stars hotel!

Two years ago I got married in Spain. After looking for hotels for family and friends that were coming from the USA to attend my wedding... I ended up finding NH Collection Madrid. The rooms where very nice, with nespresso coffee and homemade breakfast. Their customer service was more than expected. CARLOS MURCIA MARTINEZ did a phenomenal job working with me to book over 15 rooms. He was so patient and professional + very polite to get us all in and with a good attitude. It was not easy but he got it all squared away. The Location is by far the best, in the heart of Downtown Madrid. I totally recommend this hotel and will definitely go back. Thank you Carlos for making this experience memorable for us. So sorry for waiting 2 years to write the review. Thank you again, -Noemi Hernandez

With my wife we loved his hotel. The room was clean, modern and the attention to details was obvious. They cleaned the room twice a day. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very professional and warm. The location was excellent, close to everything important. Madrid is a very well organized, clean and welcoming city. You can walk anywhere, very safe and beautiful.

This hotel was a great experience. From the time we opened the door to the time we left, e the staff treated us like special guests. The room was very modern and the shower pressure was the best I have ever had in my entire life. The shower pressure was even better than in my own home! morover, the location of this hotel is perfect for seeing all of Madrid's major sites. Anyways, this was a great start on our tour of Spain and I hope the other cities that we visit have this same amount if not better hospitality.

I wonder how is this a 5 star hotel! The rooms are small with very cramped toilets.. as small as airplanes toilets The shower room was leaking water outside No slippers unless you ask for them and when we did ask they only provided one piece (we were 2 persons in the room) They use cleaning products for the floors that has a very strong smell, one time the smell was too strong it gave us a headache and we had to leave the room until it subsided. Bed sheet were stained with what looks like coffee stains The biggest inconvenience is the very slow service , we had to ask for an iron almost every day because they keep on removing it from our room, and every time we had to wait at least one hour and we need to call many times for it to arrive One time we waited 1:45 hours!! This was very frustrating and wasted our time. When I called asking to speak to the manager the response was “ he’s busy now ok bye” very unprofessional. Last but not least. The breakfast is not up to standard, definitely doesn’t deserve 29 euros per person. I paid for a 5 star experience which I didn’t get. There are 4 star hotels with better service. Never again
