Great location at the heart of Mexico City. Walkable to many places. Cozy, modern rooms with breakfast buffet included. Especially loved the breakfast! Variety of food to choose from. Local and continental cuisine available. We were served by Erick, Fernando, Alberto, Jorge, and David at the hotel restaurant, all of whom were very friendly and provided excellent service. They were very patient and accommodating with us, a huge group of 72 people that ate there daily. I would like to stay here again when I return to the city.

I had an exceptionally pleasant brief sojourn at this hotel. The room we had reserved proved to be capacious, immaculate, and equipped with essential amenities. The breakfast offerings were not only delectable but also abundant in variety. The staff consistently exhibited amiability and provided invaluable assistance, a gesture that was particularly cherished given the prevailing challenging circumstances. Their unwavering dedication serves as an invaluable asset to the overall guest experience. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment for a memorable stay.

Wendi at the front desk was a b from the moment we walked in. Told us we were at the wrong hotel. We were not. Told us we had not paid in full. We had. Tried to charge us for an extra night. One hot day, we stopped at desk and asked for water. she produced one small bottle and told us we had to share it. I seriously believe there is something wrong with her. On the other hand, the bartender was great; other front desk was great; the cleaning staff was nice and did a great job. The breakfast is bad. We gave up on it. Why close the lounge on Mondays? hotel felt safe and clean so maybe I would stay there again, but Wendi is so nasty.

We've stayed in this hotel several times over the years and really like it. The location is ideal for exploring the historical center of the city. On this stay we were in a smaller room than we normally stay in, but we were happy to get a room for the Independence Day weekend. Although a bit small it was a comfortable room. I can't say enough good about the staff, they were professional, friendly and helpful.

I have been a discovery titanium member for years, so I have stayed in NH/NH Collection hotels all over the world. I have never been disappointed with the brand, but this hotel is really not up to standard. The location is good, but it does not make up for the lacking service standards. Nothing works: Room service took an hour instead of the 25 mins advised - brought the wrong item, food was cold, brought one set of cutlery for 2 ppl (2 main meals ordered), brought one glass for 2 ppl (3 soft drinks ordered), I could not charge the fee to my room, even though I had my credit card details upon checkin, but I could also not pay by card, because the terminal was not working. Minibar - is locked and you have to call reception to open it. But it does not stay open, so not sure what they expect you to do - call reception everytime you want a sip of water from the fridge?! Location - the streets nearby were closed for a festival, so the closest taxi dropoff was almost a km away, which is not the hotel's fault, but I would have expected a heads up sent to customers checking in that day. And of course after you lug your baggage across the festival and arrive you can't drink a glass of water, because the minibar is locked and the room service takes 1 hour (after calling a second time) Loyalty - part of the titanium package is a room upgrade and a gift which works in every hotel of the brand I have stayed at. Room - the room is supposed to be premium, but is far from it - it is tiny, with no storage space. It might be fine for a solo traveller, but definitely too small for 2. Cleanliness - arrived in the evening and it is 3 am, so have not seen it in daylight, but not very impressed. The corner of the bathroom is dirty/moldy. All in all, very disappointed - primarily with service at this location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
