        Wow. This is a beautiful facility, and it’s immaculate! The room wasn’t huge but it was clean and the terrace was lovely. The staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with myriad choices, including premium loose tea. The rooftop pool is fabulous. The view was wonderful and I was able to admire Milan’s unique buildings. Desk staff were always smiling and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay immensely and highly recommend this hotel.

        Just had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff (front desk especially) were accommodating and were always happy to help. Nothing was too much! The rooftop pool is a beautiful part of this hotel - it really was a ‘wow’ moment when we arrived at the 13th floor. The rooms were great- freshly made beds etc. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet for €30… so many options! I’d say cost of cocktails at rooftop bar were a little high at €18… considering we visited some other bars in Milan and had better quality cocktails for €12 and under. Location is a little out the way but with Portello metro station a short walk away… it was so easy to get to different parts of Milan. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I’d definitely return. Thank you to you all who made it a trip to remember.

        Upon arrival the staff were unwelcoming. They were both typing without paying attention to us. After we got one of them attention, she seemed to be annoyed. We booked a room with a park view. The room view was a vacant factory. Everything in room was only for ONE person! We were so disappointed to see that. I told them that this is our anniversary trip. Very poor hospitality. The room installations on the windows weren’t completed and the wind was blowing through the windows. Overall very disappointing and we definitely DO NOT recommend this hotel to anybody.

        Good hotel. The location is good only if you are coming to attend a conference or meeting in MiCo, otherwise you are far from major attractions. Good service and friendly staff. Overpriced however with better deals elsewhere. What makes things bad is that the hotel is affiliated with GHA Discovery, which is a poor loyalty program compared to other reputable hotel loyalty programs. They don’t count all nights as eligible to points (or discovery dollars) even after mentioning that my stay would qualify for points at the time of booking on discovery app. Very poor and rude loyalty program customer service as well. My stay is recorded on the app and when I tried to claim my 5 night stay they asked for a hotel invoice that I provided but they said it wasn’t detailed. This is dishonest and malicious behavior given that the booking was done on their app so they have all the stay details. It’s unfortunate that I won’t be staying in NH hotels in the future (or any other hotels with GHA discovery) although many are good hotels but it’s hard to justify staying there with this kind of poor loyalty program.

        You'll undoubtedly experience a sense of home away from home here. The rooms are impeccably clean and equipped with everything you might require. Should you find something missing, a simple call to the staff will promptly fulfill your request. The beds and pillows are exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the outstanding staff, who are very nice and helpful with sincere smiles at all times. The food we ordered was delightful. While it's about a 15-20 minute journey from the city center, a quick word with the staff ensures a ride at your doorstep within 5 minutes or less, ready to take you wherever you desire. Citylife shopping mall is just walking distance where we enjoyed Fra Diavolo so much. If you're interested in a tour, just reach out to anyone at the guest services – they've got you covered. We appreciate your efforts in ensuring our time in Milan was pleasant. Thank you 💖💖💖
