The hotel itself is beautiful however our room (305) seemed liked it was not cleaned for days. The towels were musky, the telephone had thick dust all over it, the kettle was dirty inside and seemed like it was not washed for quite some time. It could be that we just got the wrong room 😔 The breakfast was lovely hit I feel the hotel could have done more to cater a vegan menu. The hotel is however central and it was easy to walk to the malls etc which made it great.

A very nice hotel just in the heart of Milano with comfortable rooms and a great customer service. I had the pleasure to meet Alfredo in reception on arrival, and he went above and beyond to make my stay memorable! He was really amazing. The only down side of my stay was finding the shower head broken...

We stayed at this NH Hotel for two nights. Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted by friendly staff. The main lobby was clean, presentable and the sitting area and small cafe were welcoming. Our room was clean, comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet was great. There were enough options to suit every type of appetite. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from the Duomo and the main tourist attractions. My only quibble with the hotel is that the main entrance area is heavily scented with a strong perfume. I mentioned this to the front desk. Other than that, I found the hotel met all our needs.

I had to extend my stay in Milan and I must say I’ve had the best experience with the staff. Specially for breakfast. I am greeted with such kindness every morning. Stefania always has a smile on her face and is welcoming. Along with Asiansa and Matteo being extremely attentive as soon as I walk in. They have already memorized my order. Being so far away from home they have made my experience extremely comforting.

Great Experience at NH Collection President. The room was very good and clean and the room service was very good too. The breakfast is delicious and there were many selections. All the hotel staff was friendly And helpful and always having a great smile and greetings. We loved the experience and definitely going to come again. Thank you NH collection

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
