Perfect location for seeing the attractions and for feeling like you’re a part of Madrid. I can’t explain it well but I think the immediate area around it has a large amount of people who I think live in Madrid rather than tourist so it feels like you’re just part of the city. I could be completely wrong though haha. It’s in between the museums and the cathedral area and near Sol train station. The staff and service is great and they’re very kind. English was perfect which is nice and appreciated but not expected as I’m the tourist visiting Spain I ordered room service and got Iberian ham and croquettes. Good as expected. I didn’t get to try any of the other food. I stayed in the single room on the second floor. great view of the street. It was nice to crack the window open and hear the bustle of the city.

We stayed here for our Costco travel package to Spain and our stay was wonderful! Everyone was so nice and helpful. We were on our honeymoon and had a welcome amenity hand written by the guest relations personnel. That was such a personal touch ( as our other stays gave us a printed note). Location is unbeatable! Walking distance to major attractions and near the cutest shops and little plazas of Madrid. Breakfast was another score at this hotel. You have buffet style but can also order some items to be freshly made. We def recommend this hotel and look forward to our next visit.

An easy 5 stars. Everything was great, the staff, the rooms, the service. Our wedding anniversary welcoming gift. The occasional candy drop-offs. Even the food was excellent. The location is great, right in the middle, everything was a walk away. Would definitely recommend it.

This hotel is very nice and because of its central location it is close to all the main attractions, restaurants and shops. Short walk to everything. The decor is very elegant and the hotel in general is very clean. The breakfast buffet had many offerings. Nice and relaxing interior and a very nice and attentive staff. I recommend staying here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
