Such an amazing hotel and staff. Everyone we encountered with was a pleasure. Kind, attentive, just wonderful. When we were leaving, I left the rest of my euro’s for the cleaning service so when Antonio got a cab for us and helped us, I felt terrible I didn’t have a tip for him and he kept telling me don’t worry about it. He and front desk member, Roberto were absolutely amazing just like the rest of the staff. Hotel was beautiful, clean, and everything good I can think of. Love the NH Collection Hotels and will always go back.

I think location was excellent. Everywhere I wanted to go was within walking distance. It was also possible to go through Retiro Park when I needed to head in that direction (which I loved!). This hotel gave me my first impression of Madrid, and Madrid is now my favorite city. The only room negatives were I did not have an iron and the shower water was warm (not hot). These, I didn't mind enough to bring up (and staff probably would have resolved). Overall, I had the best stay and am so grateful!

Location was great, breakfast was incredible and service is excellent! My husband and I had great experience while staying there for three nights. Staff was professional, friendly and initiative. It was a pleasure meeting Miss Laura who gave us a lot of information about Madrid
