        We had a nice experience. Our hotel room was nice and clean with plenty of room. The bed was very comfortable and the gym upstairs was very nice. We also had dinner in the restaurant downstairs one evening and the food was all very good. The pisco sour was great! The service throughout the hotel was astounding. Our only complaint was a noise coming from the vent that got louder at night. We tried to communicate this to the front desk, but the young woman we spoke with didn’t seem to understand what the issue was, so it was never resolved. Since my husband could sleep through it, I just wore ear plugs. Location is great.

        The hotel is very nice and clean, I would not categorize it as 5 star. Being that it was part of the American Express collection my expectations were far greater. No comparison with the Ritz Carlton or Saint Regis. The towels were old and one even had holes in it. The shower was not well maintained and the water sprayed out the back therefore no pressure at the head. The bed was very clean and comfortable, the house keeping team does a great job every day with no detail overlooked.

        Food was great and restaurant staff were good. However the front desk staff did not warn anyone in our group about the taxi drivers in front of the hotel. We got scammed out of 80,000 pesos and when the taxi driver returned to the hotel the next day the security did nothing to prevent them from continuing to scam people or warn other guests. Do not take any taxis in front of the hotel. The hotel management and front desk staff should be ashamed of themselves for not protecting their guests and providing warnings.

        Thr hotel is nice and in a great location next to a mall and walking distance to restaurants. Rooms are nice but not amazing. This hotel does not seem to be a five star hotel. I recommend staying here because the hotel is a great value. The only negative about the hotel was that the pool was closed. I booked this hotel to go to the pool with my kids.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
