        The service at this hotel has been consistently outstanding, I’ve stayed here quite often. The upgrade to the gym was necessary and does not disappoint—top notch for a hotel gym. My rooms have always been clean and unbelievably the shower drains have always been clear, which is a big little detail. I stay at a lot of hotels throughout Europe and Asia and this detail is not something you can take for granted even in a luxury hotel. The shining star for me, though, remains the service I receive from check in to check out. Will keep coming back.

        We had a wonderful stay! Comfy room & delicious breakfast! Looks just like the pictures. We were there for a bachelor party and they just exceeded expectations, preparing a surprise for the bride. Very friendly staff. 20 min walking from Vaticano, lots of nightlife around the area... I definitely recommend this hotel. The service was a +++!

        I don't enjoy writing bad reviews. But I have to be honest. Bad Customer service! Arriving Mariana gave me some selection to good restaurants for that evening. The following day I ask her something but ignored me so I ignored it figured she was busy. The third day I asked for a wake up call at 6a.m and she said ok no problem. And no one called. I informed them why didn't they call us and said oh I'm sorry. My door did not lock Rm 616, at night we will hear a mouse by the mini fridge. There were also bugs in the restroom. I've been to hotels in Paris France and Barcelona and they had fantastic customer service. But this hotel in Rome I do not recommend.

        I don't know where to start: 1. bathroom outdated, dirty and no curtains/glass between bathtub and room. Everything gets wet. 2. breakfast is a disaster . Bread rolls are totally soft, the milk sour and the room resembles a school canteen. It is very noisy, there are no partitions and everyone sits in a row. 3. the coffee and water cost extra after breakfast. 4. room service comes at their whim. We had to use the same towels 2 days in a row. 5. the smoking lounge outside the door is disgusting. It is not cleaned and cigarettes, coffee and empty packets are lying around all day. I have stayed in 5 NH hotels including Antwerp, Frankfurt, Madrid and Cologne. This one is by far the worst and has nothing to do with NH.

        Stayed here for business twice this year. Nice rooms, first time I got a large suite with walk in wardrobe. Usual amenities: breakfast, free WiFi. Located on west side of the river Tiber. This does mean it is closer to the Vatican city than central Rome. However, central Rome is a 30-35 min walk away.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
