This is a great hotel. In the middle of a shopping area with many shops and restaurants. The rooms are very nice and have water, coffee, and tea. It is about 20 minutes from the airport and a close Uber ride to Sanhattan and other nice shopping areas. After checking out, I was able to store my luggage and employees provided zip ties to lock luggage. One thing to note is the rooms do not have irons. Also, my room originally didn’t lock, but service was immediately sent to fix the door lock.

Great hotel at a great location. There are many restaurants, parks, clothes stores nearby, it's literally built together with a shopping mall. It's located in a very green area, the sorroundings are secure. Some restaurants nearby may make some noice, but not very disturbing. One can walk to the city business center through a beautiful park-like canal shore, with many dogs, children, families around. Public transport can be reached also by some walking. Staff is friendly and really helpful, they speak English, too.

Very beautiful rooms and amazing good service from the cleaning staff. It's a shame that the hotel doesn't offer Breakfast for that price. Gym is way to small and not enough training equipment. Safe and nice Area around but bad public transport connections.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights as part of a business trip. The hotel is definitely not recommended. Who seriously plans a 4-star hotel without its own restaurant and without breakfast service? There is neither room service nor breakfast in the morning. In the morning, you have to go to the adjacent shopping centre to have breakfast in a café, and the breakfast there is disastrous! The service is extremely slow, the food is not good. It took 20 minutes to get the first cup of coffee, the rest would have been better at McDonalds. The poor breakfast alone disqualifies the hotel. An absolute no-go! Avoid!

Check-in was kind of stressful, staff need more training. Housekeeping cleaned the room when we put the “not disturb” sign, they still entered. Our passports, cash, jewelry where not secured in the safe so we were shocked to see that they still cleaned our room. Morning staff was very apologetic which I appreciate but it wasn’t enough. Also our door lost battery, so I went back in forth 2 times to the lobby for help. We were locked out for a little while. Definitely not a 4-stars experience, had better service in small towns hotels. The surrounding is very beautiful, nice restaurants and luxury shops. Very safe neighborhood.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
