The room was quite spacious and had all the necessary accessories. The staff was polite, they helped us with storing the bags for free. It's a bit far from the city center, but there are decent public transport options close to the hotel. The location is also close to the hip neighborhood with excellent cafes.

We like this hotel. Gorgeous view of the city and mountains from the upper floors. The breakfast is delicious. Clear! Professional staff. Unfortunately, it's too far to the center, but there is a tram stop behind the church and you can easily get to the central part. There is a McDonald's nearby. There is free parking on the street and there is also a paid one on site.

Decent hotel that does its job, and does it well. Comfortable rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff make the stay an enjoyable experience. The location is not in the nicest neighbourhood, but close to a public transport stops and within easy reach of the city center. Overall a good value for money.

No setting area in lobby. No setting out front. Some staff not friendly. We did not stay for your dinner, McDonald's across the street had a choice of what I wanted to eat. For the price you had on your dinner I expected a choice of food. No toilet on lobby level. Poor design not customer friendly.

Good location, nice hotel, I had a room that faced on to a road on first floor thus had the noise of a tram until circa midnight & then it started at 5am again which impacted my sleep

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
