I stay at this hotel 2-3 times per month due to work and it is basically a game of luck of which adventure you are in for. From non functioning card machines at check in to bed bugs and from dirty rooms to Fire alarms that seem to go off once a week at any given time. Some front desk staff are quite helpful so props to them but state of this hotel leaves a lot to be desired from a NH hotel.

We once tried the one in Frankfurt but this one is much better in every aspects: Rooms are comfortable, breakfast is very nice. Much satisfied with its cost. Honestly access is not very good but that was no problem for us cuz our friends took us to the hotel by car. We will try it again when in Düsseldorf.

This is such a lovely hotel at a great place! It's very beautifull and the staff is so kind. We had a really rough day and were soaking wet so Jasmine wanted to cheer us up by a very sweet christmas present! This cheered us up and now we can rest in our room with the biggest smiles cause we've never experienced something like this and the rooms are very cozy and clean! Again many thanks and hope to come by again!

Excellent location just 10 minutes away from DUE hbf. The staff at the reception were very pleasant to deal with and neat and clean rooms.

I stay in this hotel a few times in the month for work and the fire alarm goes off almost every day at any time. The hotel doesn’t do anything to fix it

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
