Nice hotel at a great location. If you want to visit Dusseldorf for a day or two of shopping and eating this hotel is great. Minutes away from all the great brands. And the Old Town is also within walking distance. Reception staff was great, really friendly and helpful! Only downside would be the shower, which had an early 80's look and feel.

JUST LIKE HOME SPICED WITH DEMENTIA IN THE HOUSE Arriving late and exhausted after a long day driving we were informed that we have already checked into our prepaid room earlier that day. Pointing at his ‘evidence’, the receptionist refused to see the difference between the names in his system. He not only emphasized that I’ve already signed in but doubted my own signature too. I kid you not, he did not trust my IDs either. To prove that he is right he called our room to ask if we’re there. Luckily the guest was not my body double, neither did claim my name. To fast forward: we paid for a double bed, we got 2 single rooms with 2 single bed each. We’re a legit couple in love and it might be surprise but we like to share room so we squeezed into one room with a single bed. It was tight. Very tight. Very very tight. To claim justice I only wish I had enough energy to find a homeless or two and offer them the one we did not use. To make it right we got a free breakfast. THE END

Almost everything in this hotel is great, from excellent service, nice lobby, good rooms with all amenities and excellent location. However, the beds are quite small, and I am a 1.65m guy. The single bed was quite narrow and the blanket was also quite narrow. I had a very bad night the first night due to this. It would be great if for twin single bed this was corrected. Otherwise, excellent hotel.

Lovely hotel near city centre! Clean, comfy, stuff is very friendly, especially Pedro who made us coffee on a group check out early in the morning! Keep hiring professional receptionist like him.

Hotel is ok and on a good location. Breakfast and room, all fine. Big dissapointment was the fact that there is only wifi near the reception. Unbelievable in 2023. Parking capacity is very limited due to which you have to park in one of the nearby parkhauses.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
