We loved this place! The staff was so nice. The rooms were great. The breakfast was awesome. And great location, especially for Americans since the consulate is right there. Gave us alot of comfort knowing if anything happened we were close. 10/10 would definitely come back!

This was my first time staying at a NH branded hotel, and I have to say I was quite impressed! After spending a few days in local hotel across Europe, it's nice to finally end up in a room that has a more American type of comfort. My only pickle with this hotel is its location. I find it a bit far from the downtown core, so there isn't much around it. You will have to walk a bit to get to the city's action.

What a fantastic hotel for our city break! Spotlessly clean, really good breakfast included. Rooms were modern, spacious and had really good air conditioning. (Was 39degrees c outdoors when we arrived so this was a godsend). Staff were all very friendly. Davide particularly as he described to us in detail everywhere we should visit in florence. The location of the hotel was great too. 15 min walk from the city centre but the walk is along the banks of the river which boasts stunning views. Finally there is a rooftop pool and bar. This was great for having an afternoon cool down after a morning of exploring. Beautiful view from the rooftop. We would 100% stay in this hotel again. Thanks you NH Firenze for a fantastic stay.

This is my third time staying at this hotel, and I am always excited to return! Three people in particular made this stay extra special and those were Francesca, Elena, and Rita. Francesca made the check in/check out process effortless and she was always willing to answer any of our questions/requests. Elena always made the most delicious cappuccinos in the morning and had everything ready for us as soon as we sat down. Lastly, Rita was so kind in helping my friend and I connect with other NH colleagues to book a room in Rome when our flight out Florence got cancelled. The first time my family and I stayed here, Nadine assisted us and took care of us. Now that she is in NH Porta Rossa, she connected us with her colleagues in NH Firenze who all in turn made our stay just as excellent. Thank you to Nadine, Francesca, Elena, and Rita for taking such good care of us! We can't wait to return.

We stayed here for our wedding last year with about 50 of our other guests. The venue was perfect for hosting a big group and the rooftop pool made for a great mingle area. The team working there were exceptional as soon as we got in touch with them to the moment we checked out. Thank you Francesco and the team!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
