Bad service review Our tour group (17 people) stayed at NG hotel (Nierderrad, Frankfurt) on 5.12.2023. The service by the front office (Ms. Rachel and another one) was nothing to complain about. But, in the morning (6.12.2023), the employee at the breakfast service was very rude. Actually, we have already paid for our breakfast but she refused to let us have breakfast “saying no” rudely. (Note - She is a woman of African decent, full body build with curly hair.). Her manners were so rude not only to me but also to all the other guests of our group while having breakfast. Next thing is that another woman at the lobby area (a hotel staff) kicked our luggages to move to the side, in stead of asking politely to the owners. We are esteemed guests that have been going around the World for traveling and learning different cultures in different countries. This is our first time to Germany and due to this incident, it might affect our view on the country and its people’s hospitality. Overall, the service at Hotel NH is very disappointing.

This is my second stay and generally, I like the hotel and the rooms. But the first time, there was an issue with the kiosk in the parking garage and we were held up when trying to leave. (Not to mention it's 16€ per day to park here.) This time, we chose this hotel for the airport shuttle advertised on the hotline only to find out at check in that they don't have a shuttle. We were recommended the Straßenbahn (which from our research would require about 30 minutes walking time) or a taxi that would cost around 25€.

The hotel is worn out, air conditioning in the room was not working. When asked at the front desk, the lady mentioned most of the rooms ' A/C were not working, and there was no room to change. The ticket paying machine in the car park is not working too, you have to walk all the way back to the front desk to pay! The overall experience here was horrible, I will never come back again!

Hotel is very close to the airport which is good, and if it is close to where you need to be, then it is good. But nothing special in any sense. Staff is quite inattentive and do not really care about if you're in a hurry

Beautiful interior design, friendly and professional staff, good price and location. Supermarkets and restaurants are right next to the hotel. Public transportation is close and drives frequently.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
