Since I booked online with a very affordable price, I was a skeptical what I would get. What I experienced was a very positive surprise. It is not a luxury hotel by any means but everything just worked. There was always staff available, which is rare nowadays. Service was always attentive and friendly. Everything was clean, not just my room but aisles, elevators and other spaces I visited. My standard room was compact but felt spacious, especially the well functioning bathroom. Modern and plain decor, most likely neutral for most guests. The bed felt crisp and comfortable. The location is in a very busy intersection. However, the windows are super good in insulating noise. There was no significant noise from other rooms either. Breakfast was great with a lot of healthy options to choose from.

Customer service oriented staff always willing to assist with a smile. Excellent breakfast with plenty of variety at a reasonable cost. We were upgraded to a Deluxe room thanks to the staff’s hospitality. Room was large, clean, renovated with modern furniture and calm colours. Manager is involved and clearly ready to personally handle or assist his team with any issues. As experienced travellers, we certainly appreciated the special customer focus. Our thanks to the whole NH Lisboa Campo Grande team. HF

Our recent stay at this hotel was a truly lovely 5-star experience. From the warm and attentive staff to the spacious, impeccably clean & well-designed bedroom and amenities. What made it even more special was the surprise champagne and cake sent to our room! We do not recall mentioning our recent marriage so it was an incredibly thoughtful gesture that left us touched. This hotel's commitment to exceptional service sets it apart, and we highly recommend.

Had a pleasant stay here for a weekend break in Lisbon. Location is very close to the airport and easily accessible via bus or short taxi ride. A little far from the city centre but there are both buses and metro trains available if you don't mind a little bit of travel. The standard room met all of our expectations, it didn't feel cramped and there was ample storage space. The bathroom was also very nice with a large comfortable shower. Overall the room was well kept and maintained.

A really good hotel, the staff was really attentative. From the staff in the reception to the staff in the bar/restaurant and the maintenance crew. The room was clean and met a very good standard. I feared that the close by airport would keep me up all night. But after closing the windows, it was close to silent so I slept like a baby. But I love sleeping with windows open so that is my only minus...the location but closing the windows fixed that issue

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
