This hotel is a good choice for business travelers looking for something practical and not too expensive in Madrid. The rooms are clean and comfortable but a bit small, which it is not an actual inconvenience if you travel solo, a bit more if you are a couple. The hotel is within walking distance of a subway station.

Our family of four booked two rooms in this lovely hotel for our one night in Madrid. We found it to be impeccably clean, quiet, and in the perfect location for us (right across from the train station and less than a 30 minute walk to everything we wanted to see in Madrid). We arrived super early thanks to having to rearrange our flights for weather, and Pedro and his staff were incredibly accommodating in storing our luggage for us and then getting our rooms ready much earlier than the usual check-in time. I cannot tell you have grateful we were after traveling with two children for nearly 24 hours. The breakfast was fantastic, with a vast array of choices that pleased everyone in our group. The lady that managed the breakfast area was so friendly, and helped me to use the fancy coffee machine. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet, the staff was very kind and so incredibly helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and would make it a point to look for more NH Hotels in future travels.

Small but comfortable rooms with great access to Atocha station (basically right across the street). Also convenient to the Prado museum, the botanical gardens, and Retiro park. Shopping and loads of tourist crazy is a short metro ride away at Sol.

The hotel is within 50 metres of the tube entrance. Ideal location for exploring on the underground or overground railways. Breakfast good. Nice clean hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms good if a little small.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
