Great stay at hotel close to airport. We were able to get early check in at 9am for an extra €27.50, which was worth it for us as luggage storage in Madrid is around €6 per bag and we could lay down for a bit in the morning. We arrived a little before 9 and they were able to keep our bags behind the desk while we went to grab breakfast. They provided tags for us to match them to when we got back. Free shuttle bus to airport is great. Earliest is at 5am and they will make sure you know which terminal to go to, shuttle makes stops at all needed. All staff we interacted with was friendly. Area around the hotel is more residential, with some local cafes and restaurants close by, and a large shopping center about 20 minute walk. Metro or bus 3 minutes away if you want to go anywhere else. Area felt safe.

A very nice hotel, in a nice residential neighborhood. The dinner buffet and breakfast buffet were impressive and left me very satisfied. I was sent here by American Airlines with a hotel voucher due to an issue with my flight delay, so was not expecting it to be such a nice spot. The staff was so kind. The shuttle to the airport is very dependable and the staff recommends which time slot you should go to ensure you get to the airport with plenty of time. The rooms were exceptionally clean.

Location is very convenient for getting to the airport. The shuttle that is provided was an enormous bus and was a huge plus. There were two issues with my room that made me give it only 3 stars. First, the hotel did not have working air conditioning and did not mention that upon check in. It was 26 Celsius in my room and opening the window was the only option for sleeping. Unfortunately, my room overlooked a restaurant and a busy street, so the noise made it hard to sleep. Additionally, like most places in Europe, there were no screens on the window so bugs got in. Second, only one of the 3 accessible outlets in my room worked. 1 did not charge at all and the other had a loose connection that kept causing plugs to fall out. Finally, and this is purely a preference, the bed was as hard as a rock, which also made it hard to sleep. Pillows were some of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel though!

Been there for an IFEMA fair. Rooms were clean. Very good breakfast. Could use the heat so I was happy Quick access to Barajas airport - shuttle provide by hotel. Metro station 3 min away walk.

Near the airport, but the shuttle from arrivals to the hotel only runs starting at noon. We had great service - arrived very early and they checked our bags for free while we took the Metro to El Retiro Park for the day. We appreciated the service!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
