I came to this hotel in Madrid for professional purposes. I can say it is beautiful and the rooms are perfect for a short stay. The staff is very kind and friendly, absolutely attentive if you need help. I did not dine but the breakfast is also very good - I recommend this hotel.

Good: Staff were very helpful was here for a wedding Bad: -very strong air freshener smell throughout the halls and lobby I don't know how they can work everyday with the nauseating fumes -no ac during November very hot at night - walls are thin no sound proofing

Arrived at 9am, guy at front counter was a jerk . Helped us get a room but billed us for an extra night but played it off as he was helping us out. Wasn't allowed to eat the breakfast there that morning. He did say we had voulchers to eat the breakfast the next day. We go down for breakfast the next morning, and the lady at the counter refused us breakfast when we have her the voulchers. She said breakfast is for paying customers only 16 euros each. Here mind you it was only some bread and slices of ham laid out. Front counter lay came out and treated us like we were bums off the street. I would vere away from this place. Looking to find ways to up charge you at every turn

Horrible hotel. Service is pathetic. The room smells bad and no sound proofing on the wall.. cheap stuff. Also 3 days in a row the hotel could not supply me with an iron. DO NOT COME HERE . NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS STAY or anything for that matter.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
