We spent 2 days during New Years in this hotel and the staff was the most amazing, attentive and they went above beyond to keep us happy. Also it was super kid friendly, and the buffet was delicious, packed with local dishes as well as American favorites such as eggs and pancakes. The rooms are small but very comfortable and they include all the toiletries products you might need. The location is perfect to visit all museums and enjoy all the beautiful lights and night scene. We are definitely coming back here!

I like NH hotels because of the renovated historic buildings. This one is in a great location near the Atocha rail station and close metro stop. The rooms are smallish as are most in Europe, but well done and tastefully appointed. The staff is great! Breakfast is more beautiful than tasty and the pillows on the beds are flat and hard. Those are my only quibbles. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I was so excited to visit Madrid for the first time. It is a beautiful city indeed. We enjoyed our trip very much. Staying at you hotel was a great choice. We were very pleased with the room and environment and the great service. Breakfast was delicious, which made our trip mor pleasant. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if I go to Madrid again which I hope will be soon. Thank you.

Excellent hotel. We arrived way earlier than check in time and expected to be told to leave our bags at the hotel, however Luis confirmed that our room was ready and he was kind and flexible to let us check in. It was much needed after a long train ride. Room was clean and perfect. Lighting was just a bit too dim for our liking but everything else was outstanding. Highly recommend this place.

A highly commendable hotel! The cleanliness, organization, and overall quality are top-notch. The location couldn’t be better for easy access to various attractions. The staff’s friendliness and support add a welcoming touch. The comfortable mattresses guarantee a good night’s sleep. The service room is remarkably well-kept and efficient. Just a heads-up regarding breakfast – if not included in your booking, there’s a 50% discount but only if pre-booked. We missed this detail and ended up paying the full price. One thing to note is to be mindful of your room location. Rooms with windows opening to the patio tend to be dark and are not recommended. In summary, a standout choice with exceptional qualities, though it’s wise to note the breakfast discount specifics and consider room location for optimal light.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
