This lovely hotel is situated not far from Columbia metro station with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. Staff were very pleasant and helpful with guidance and tips. Room was very comfortable.

Very nice hotel. A short walk from Colombia Metro station where you can get a train directly to the airport. There is also a bus stop right outside. Check in and out was very easy and the staff were very polite and professional. The room was comfortable and clean. I particularly liked the complimentary shaving kit in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and quiet and I got a good night's sleep.

We stayed at NH Madrid Paseo de LA Habana for one night. The room was a little small and you could hear people from the other rooms and cleaning staff in the afternoon. Other than that the hotel is pretty close to Columbia train station. We were able to catch the bus right outside the hotel to go to downtown area and metro from Columbia stop to go to the airport. The room and the bathroom was very clean and the AC was great which made the sleep very comfortable.

Perfect if you are looking for luxury spot close to the Bernábeu. The area is calm and quiet. They have a modern touch unlike the other hotels. It’s only a 10 mins walk if you are a Real Madrid fan heading to the Bernabéu. Staff speak English, patient and respectful. Breakfast was decent 7-10. My room had a mini-bar for snacking. Hotel is Well lit and polished. There is a bus stop to a metro not far away if you wanna head to the city center.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Very small rooms but 7th floor has balconies. Great location for walking. Lots of great local restaurants.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
