This is a decent option for a 3 star hotel. Room is generally comfortable. Basic decor. Nice to have shampoo, conditioner and body lotion of good quality and in large reusable containers - not the tiny terrible plastic bottles. Room is quiet. There’s a bad smell from the bathroom. Did not have ear plugs when asked and did not make any effort to help.

This is a great hotel for any embassy/consulate appointment, as most countries have their offices nearby. My case was the US Embassy, mere 8min walking distance, which is great. However, I consider too expensive almost €200/night in this hotel. Service is good and rooms are ok, but that is all. Nothing out of the ordinary and despite it is a good area, it is not the best (well-connected with the airport). Room had some scratches in the floor and wasn’t the newest, but decent enough.

Hotel was nice and personnel really friendly. I had asked a quiet room and that’s what I got. Breakfast had a big selection of savory and sweets. The only, really negative, thing was the gym. I had picked the hotel because it had a gym. However, it only opened at 8AM! So ended up dragging my training equipment for nothing.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
