        The only aspect of this hotel that received positive feedback is the spaciousness of the room. However, I was disappointed by the following issues: 1. Disposal of personal item: Despite being granted a late check-out until 4pm, when I returned to the hotel around 2-3pm to pack my belongings, I found the housekeeping staff already cleaning the room. I informed them that the room had not been checked out yet, and they left. However, during my final packing, I discovered that my contact lens box was missing. I notified the reception at check-out, and although their staff tried to help me locate it, but was unsuccessful. It was surprising and unacceptable to me that the housekeeping staff disposed of items belonging to guests, especially since my luggage and other personal items were still in the room, indicating that the room had not been checked out. 2. Bottled water: I was supposed to receive complimentary bottled water each night of my stay. However, when I arrived, no water was provided. I called the reception and requested it, and they delivered it to my room, promising to provide it for the following nights. The next day, upon returning to the hotel, I found that the room had been tidied up but no water was provided. I contacted the reception again, and the manager personally delivered the water to my room, assuring me that he would inform the housekeeping staff to provide it the next day. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred again the following evening. This repeated inconsistency was highly disappointing. 3. Delivery at the hotel reception: I had purchased items that were supposed to be delivered to the hotel. Before the delivery was made, I inquired at the reception if they could accept deliveries, and the staff confirmed that they could and assured me that the items would be kept with other baggage at the reception. However, when I returned to the hotel one evening to collect the delivered items from the reception counter, the staff informed me that there were no deliveries or baggage for me. They contacted their colleagues, but it seemed that no one was aware of any delivery. Eventually, it was discovered that some staff members had sent the goods directly to my room, causing confusion and inconvenience.

        Nice hotel, friendly staff. We had a problem with our room, and they gave us directly a new room. breakfast was nice served, it’s was very unique about this hotel that it has 2 buildings, never saw it before. If you want to go to the center of Madrid, you need to take a taxi or public transportation.

        It's been a great experience for me staying at NH Zurbano these past few days. The staff are very friendly and attentive, and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. Everyday, there is a free housekeeping service, where your room will be given fresh bedding, renewed towels, and in general a good clean down. The hotel is ideally located next to many major routes in and out of the city, and is walking distance to a number of beautiful attractions. I look forward to returning to NH Zurbano sometime in the future! Gracias

        There are 2 blocks to this hotel (one is a newer one where the gym is located and there’s an older one where the ADD is). We stayed there for 4 nights (2 nights as a group booking of 15 pax and 2 additional nights of just 2 pax). I believe most of the photos are showing the rooms in the new block as our rooms did not look quite the same. The staff mixed up our rooms even though we had sent an email to clarify our room arrangements. In the end, they still gave us one room short when our colleagues came later. On our last day, we left our luggage with the hotel after we checked out to do some last minute shopping. When we came back, the staff (an older male staff who took our luggage in the first place) insisted that he had given us the luggage tags separately when we only got one for both suitcases. When he finally brought out the other one, the tag was clearly still on and he apparently did not hand it to my friend. We pointed it out and he just rudely waved us off while speaking in Spanish. Apart from that, it was a nice enough experience. There’s a taxi stand right outside where we can easily get a car. It close to one of El Cortes Inglés departmental store which is about 10 mins walk away. There are restaurants located nearby too. I will, however, choose another hotel in the vicinity the next time I travel there and hopefully get a much more pleasant experience.

        We had a pleasant stay at this hotel for a weekend. The room felt very modern with several amenities, the room was also quite spacious and we had a king-size bed. The staff were also very friendly. We didn’t try the breakfast here but there are also several cafes/brunch spots nearby - the breakfast/lunch/dinner service is through an upmarket chain which is inside the hotel lobby so definitely worth checking out, you can also get this restaurant as room service. However, not the individual hotel’s fault but the website could really do with upgrading (does not match the standard of the hotel). The website was awfully slow to load anything and the problem is you are asked to check in online in advance through the website. This involves figuring out which room to choose (different options for twin/double, view/no view and across two different buildings, with no filter options to quickly filter out the rooms you don’t want). Would be much easier to check in at the hotel and for them to give you their “best” available room - the staff know the hotel, I don’t! With the website being slow to load each time you click a new room to preview, this was quite a tedious process. However, this didn’t detract from the stay at the hotel which was very pleasant (though as would be expected for the room rate even with the very central location - there is a metro station a 2 minute walk away).

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
