We loved our stay at NH Marbella, the location was very convenient, very clean and quiet, the swimming pool is lovely and spacious. Staff are all very friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious. One missing thing in the room was tea bags and tea and coffee making facilities which will definitely make it a perfect stay.

Great location. Immaculate. Didnt know about pool towels or that poolside area closed at 8pm? Very early. Plus no outdoor space to enjoy picnic lunches? If bed n breakfast and lovely grassed areas away from the poolside on grass with loungers, was told not allowed to sit and eat own food. Ut was an apple! Plus no vegan options on menu. Note- The balconies have no seats n chairs on so where can someone eat. A bit confusing. Rooms adequate and the house keeping team excellent. Poolside loos spotless as was the pool. Would i return? Yes. But sorry i WOULD eat my apple and drink my water if sat away from pool and in the open grassed area. Told off by a bar lady... very curt.

Great Hotel, spotless clean 👌 and in a great location. 10 minutes walk to the beach ⛱️ 30ish minutes to the old town Marbella, supermarkets very near to the hotel. Fantastic service at the pool bar, with little treats during the day, free samples of shots, alcoholic and non alcohol, tapas and delicious cocktails 🍸 made by Sergio and a lovely friendly lady with dark long hair (didn't catch her name) reception very friendly and helpful arranging us taxis, great choice at breakfast, omelette delicious 😋 made to order by the chefs 👨‍🍳 an all round lovely experience and would definitely recommend it. Look forward to coming back 🙌 for my next trip to Marbella, thanks to all the staff for a very enjoyable stay 😎

Great hotel! We have stayed here for 3 nights with a friendly couple. NH Marbella has a good location, from the hotel you can walk to the beach within 10 minutes and within 40 minutes across the boulevard to the old center of Marbella. Staff is friendly, Angela from reception thank you for the friendly welcome and the beautiful rooms. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is good and very extensive. We could order an omelette every morning from the service that was freshly prepared. You can really relax at this hotel, there is a large garden with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. At the pool bar we orderd a few times lunch which was amazing. There are beach towels available that you can use. You can park your car at the street for free or park at the parking garage. We would love to come back to NH Marbella!

Good location, everything that you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. We found a free parking space outside which was a bonus. Lidl nearby.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
