Very nice hotel, good value for money. A little bit off center, but well connected with the metro, and the room quality and the nice top level breakfast room made it very enjoyable. Plus, the usual NH quality service. I'll definitely be back!

this is one of the newest NH hotels the hotel itself is very nice. The staff were professional, helpful and friendly. They couldn’t ask for a better staff throughout the hotel. The room was very nice. We had a little area we could sit and the bed was comfortable had a nice view, the bathroom was very nice. It has a bathtub no shower which I prefer to have a shower and bath tub or just a shower but that’s my preference they had all the amenities. The TV only had mainly Italian stations. Only one English station with BBC The breakfast room was lovely. It was upstairs on the fifth floor where you could sit outside the food was average nothing outstanding but cover all the basic they breakfast staff helpful and friendly , the neighborhood is in the process of gentrifying, !!! a 15 minute walk to the train station and a two minute walk to tbe beginning of a Shopping Street !!!to get to the main shopping area. And center where ll all main attractions are It’s about a 35 minute walk but they do have metro stops . There’s a restaurant across from the Hotel called (pizzeria. The kitchen ) which we ate both night and it was very good. I am mentioning the staff. Again They help me when I had some issues they were friendly. Every time we walked in !!!if more hotels had staff as well trained at this. ( making guest feel that they are important ) we would all be enjoying our stays more at hotels.

Mateo and Alexandra were very welcoming, and cleared up a booking mistake which would have required a flight to South America! Truly a credit to the hotel. The room was very clean and the excellent chocolates were appreciated, commemorating the recent hotel opening. A beautiful room.

👍🏻 Positive 1. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, fluent in English as well. 2. Excellent breakfast with a great variety of choices. The terrace dining place was cozy and comfortable. 3. The room was clean and spacious with a cozy interior and all modern amenities. The bathroom room was especially perfect. 4. Perfect location. Close to the main rail station, the metro station that links to all parts of the city, supermarkets, stores, and restaurants. 👎🏻 Negative 1. It’s a little bit pricy during the peak season. Overall, highly recommend it, and I look forward to visiting again!

Rooms were very clean and modern however what negatively impacted our stay was the staffs service! They werent friendly or accommodating! We asked for water and they said there is a charge and we had some other requests like restaurant suggestions and hot water and they were very firm, unfriendly and robotic! We also asked for a taxi at 9:15 and we were running behind a bit so we called at 9:10 to ask for a later taxi, they said no problem, cab is already here! We went down to see the taxi metre had been running since it arrived even before our req 9:15! I understand those charges however it was the hotels duty to notify us! Honestly as clean as the rooms were, I wont be choosing to stay at this hotel solely because of the staff which is very unfortunate! P.s AC also wasnt working! Breakfast staff very friendly, I am referring to reception staff that negatively impacted our stay!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
