Well located low price hotel...The staff is polite and the rooms are decent size for 2 people. Very well connected to Bus stop. Bus 35 from the bus station just opposite to hotel goes directly to Xativa station( center). Supermarket is 100 m walk from hotel right across the street. The science museum is also at a walking distance ( Around 300 m) The only issue was that it gets very hot during night and there is no air conditioner in the room.

A hotel to avoid! Specially if you are traveling with pets or want to have a calm stay. All the hotel and the service do not belong to NH standards. We choose this hotel because they allow dogs (this is crucial because Valencia is not pet friendly at all). Sadly the weren’t pet friendly, the lady at the front desk were rude from the very beginning and they do not offer nothing for your pet. Despite the pet thing, The rooms are old, very noisy, smelly and with windows that permit enter all the noise and wind from the street. Our dog couldn’t sleep all night because of the noise from the street but also from the aisle and neighbors rooms. As you can see at the picture, the lifts are not safe for their use. The worst was that they tried to scam us by duplicate charges in the bill (they charge us 3 all day parking rate when we only stay for 2 days) and when we point out the “mistake” they don’t even bother to say “sorry” they only make the correction like it was something that happens routinely. Finally if you are picking this hotel because a good location… please do not do it! this hotel is near the museums but is highly inconvenient for the rest of the city and for the beach.

Terrible price/value (~500 EUR / night). After checking in, the key did not open the room door. There is no tea/coffee/electric kettle in the room, you have to go to the reception for hot water (you get lukewarm water in a small 1dl paper cup). The air in the room is desert dry. So if you have a sore throat, your stay will quickly become torture.

Terrible service and expensive. It’s like if you have to order blankets, you need to pay. You only get a cramped room with just shampoo and soap. Nothing else. Everything else is on order and pay. The AC doesn’t works in winter and the room is really hot. If you open the window, it’s as noisy and you can’t sleep. Need to say that I ruined my sleep for 2 days and my vacation was completely ruined.

Very small rooms, the toilet small and unconfortable, no information whatsoever about the hotel restaurant, pool or other services, on arrival I gave my ID, they gave me the room number and that's it, nothing like, your room is in the second floor, you can take the lift or stairs,the pool is located...simply nothing at all

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
