This hotel offers a pleasant stay with its neat and tidy environment, conveniently located within a short walk from the Metro station and the convention center. The rooms are well-maintained and spotless, contributing to a comfortable experience. A highlight is the exceptional breakfast, which stands out as one of the best in the area. Additionally, the rooftop restaurant is a delightful spot, providing delicious meals accompanied by a beautiful view. Highly recommended for both convenience and quality.

5 star review for a 5 star hotel. We held a meeting here, in what was one of the most picturesque meeting rooms I have been in. The hotel was faultless, staff always on hand to help. Great rooms, great location. Would recommend for business or pleasure, and the park nearby is great for an early morning run. Even if it was -5 deg C. Transport links are also excellent, making getting to of from the airport, or Amsterdam downtown, very straight forward.

Nice hotel! Highlights: To lay in bed by night watching the skyline of Rotterdam through the glass wall is an amazing experience! Also many points for the breakfast! One of the bests I ever had. Good options, well prepared, in a huge space full of food all around. To improve: I asked the receptionist if they could help me with some tampons. They told me that they did not have that there so I went to the supermarket to buy it. But it was quite urgent and it was raining a bit too. The next day I found that they had tampons for sale on the reception floor. So the team could be better informed. Also, I left an item in the bed and I mailed them about it but the housekeeping “didn't find anything” and I’m sure I left it there. That was a bit too sad.

A perfect base for a mini break to Amsterdam. The option of two stations within minutes of the hotel made getting in and out really easy. The room had everything you could need, well designed, clean and a very relaxing space (especially with the views). Breakfast was really worth it - so many options and very tasty fresh waffles. Pick n pix in the lobby was also a nice treat!

Went here with my girlfriend at least 3 times in the past several years. Great hotel. Great food. Great cocktails. Majestic views. Only downside would be hotel guests smoking pot right outside of the hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
