OK hotel... more style than substance. Stayed for 4 nights on business, but it's definitely better suited to leisure travel. Bed was comfy and the room was very spacious. Bathroom was a bit dingy for a 'design' hotel, and the shower took a weirdly long time to heat up in the mornings. Staff were a mixed bag: generally fine, but there were a couple of people working in the reception and rooftop areas who were not particularly friendly or helpful. The rooftop bar itself is lovely – we worked up there several times, both during the day and the evening. Yummy cocktails and snacks! The breakfast was also great, with plenty of options.

The room was nice - has a very comfortable bed. We stayed at the hotel at the beginning of November in a double room and it was quite cold, and it took a day to warm the room enough. The bathroom has never got warm since the heater didn’t work… Breakfast was okay and hotel service was nice :) There was nice flip flops at the room. The hotel style is quite extravagant

Got great service from Jacopo and Monica. You are greeted with colorful, unique designs and friendly staff. The room was cheerful, comfy beds and clean room. Bathroom door in glass so when sharing a room there's not much of a privacy. The corridor smelled like the perfume of insect spray but other than that everything was great. About 1km to the closest metro station because of a renovation of a small bridge.

The hotel is great.. nice design, modern and comfortable. Decorations and paintings as if you are in a contemporary art gallery.. The room is beautiful and very comfortable, clean and tidy, the bathroom is comfortable and beautiful. On the last floor of the roof there is a beautiful terrace with a bar for drinks, and what is wonderful is the open swimming pool with wonderful and romantic views. The staff is very kind and jovial. Very happy with the experience and it will always be my favorite place to stay

Very colourful to say the least, well, in the lobby at least. Otherwise everything is pretty standard. Good rooms, good facilities. Sadly my A/C didn‘t want to turn off.. Excellent location!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
