Exceeded my expectations. Thai style accommodation (renovated) by a Thai owner who cares about maintenance. Walls are white from recent painting. Toilet/shower is clean with new tiles. Light breakfast set is provided (hard boiled egg with 2 toasted bread slices). Budget option. 300 bath keycard deposit. No smell in the room. Even have window that can be opened. Downside - no kettle in the room. Sound from corridors when people walk/open doors.

This hotel was built in the 50’s and has been newly updated but still retains a retro charm of old Bangkok which I loved. It is absolutely spotlessly clean with smaller rooms but very functional, comfortable and bright with natural light. Small but cheerful and doesn’t feel love being in a box. The location is close to street food, mid and higher end independent restaurants but still quite with tree lined streets. Staff all really friendly. For the price, I couldn’t find a single fault. I will definitely be staying here again when I’m next in Bangkok.

Staying there with my family. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was so comfy we had a good night sleep every night. Location wise, this is probably the most conveniently located hotel in this area with 2 train stations within a shot walking distance and heaps of eateries on the same street. Not to mention my favourite 7-11 convenience store right on the ground floor of the hotel. We will definitely be back.

This hotel is pretty good, not to expensive, it has comfy beds, well working AC and free WiFi, although it’s not really good. The bad side is that it’s really noisy and you can hear everything coming out of the street even if windows are closed. But overall it was a good experience but would definitely recommend for a shorter stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
