Towels are all worn out, the phone in the room doesn’t work, they cut off AC even though outside temp is 76 degrees, just horrible. Never again here. Stay away from here.

This hotel is absolutely not a 5 stars hotel. Should be a 2 stars level ones. It is a very old hotel, poor service and inside facility.

The rooms were clean but the service was terrible. For example, maybe, this is because of a culture thing, but the members of staff never smile or never greet you in the reception - but this is surprising because the Korean culture is always strong on greeting except in the service industry, which is opposite to the Western way. I was surprised because in this hotel, every time I entered the hotel lobby - about 7 times - the member of staff always had their head down, and never acknowledged you unless you went right up to the reception desk. Also, I think I am right in saying, usually in a hotel of this reputation and rating, there would be two pillows for each person. But here there was only one. When I visited the reception to ask if there was an extra pillow available, I was told by a man that if I look in the wardrobe, I may find one. To which I replied, "If I don't find one, I will call reception." When I returned to my room and searched in the wardrobe, there was no extra pillow, so I called him, to which he replied, that this hotel does not give extra pillows out.

Is this 5 star hotel? The former version, they bought franchise for the Best Western brand. For now, not anymore. Not sure about how many years this hotel has been built. But the quality and design of the building is not as modern as we expect. The curve shape of the building is a disadvantage. In a result, not all the rooms have square shape. I got the triangle shape. So weird. The weirdest thing is they do not provide any tea or coffee as a complimentary in the room. Lack of electricity socket. The ridiculuous thing is they placed the wifi router there near to the electric socket. The floor carpet became so that dirty and itchy. For all the facilities, the price does not worth at all.

Great hotel. Smells clean. Wonderful view. Excellent service and simple amenities. 2 blocks from Yeomchang Express subway. Clean and comfortable rooms. I love the no frills perfection of a good hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
