We found the bed to be extremely hard and the breakfast was below average The hot selection was poor and the bacon was like leather. The location was excellent for the train station a 10 minute walk. The hotel is located in a bit of a run down area. To the old town and beach it’s a 20 minute walk or you can get a tram which is close by. I think personally it’s a 3+ star hotel. There is also no garden area to relax in and if you smoke you have to stand out in the street.

The hotel is located in a convenient location and is fairly modern and clean. However, this hotel is a three star hotel at best. Ammenities and facilities do not match what a four star rating should be. The lobby has someone’s little speaker blasting terrible music, some of the staff seem to love smoking with other guests who also smoke (whilst not attending the desk or bar). The food at breakfast is moderately okay. The rooms are smaller then expected and house keeping are not all that diligent either.

Booked this hotel through Tripmasters. All paid. Arrived on the day of check in early, gentleman at the desk stated rooms weren't ready and we were free to leave our luggage until the afternoon. He placed luggage tags with our room numbers on our items. Spent a long, hot day exploring and returned to the hotel around 5pm. The person on duty, a younger man, stated that they had cancelled our reservation the day before. They never notified myself or Trip masters, but he yelled that he talked to the vendor and told them to cancel the reservation. He never gave us a clear reason why it was cancelled in the first place. This person was so rude, so mean and condescending, as well as calling me and my parents names in french (probably should've told him I understood) and would not assist in any way with finding another hotel as it was on them to do since they cancelled the rooms in the first place. I have never seen or been party to such horrible customer service. He then proceeded to throw open the baggage storage door and scream at us to get our own luggage out. Thanks to tripmasters however, we were able to get refunded since it was not our fault that it was cancelled. What a horrible experience this was, just an awful way to treat people.

Lovely helpful and friendly staff that simply could not do enough for us. Excellent value for money. Surprisingly good breakfast with wide selection. Good location close to main railway station. Can't wait to revisit.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
