We had a family room was great 2 bedroom's 2 bathroom's large living dining area and a kitchen and washing machine beach was a nice little stroll away and night markets and restaurants close.staff where very friendly and room was cleaned daily great place to stay

Like a number of the reviews, nice spacious rooms- set up as serviced apartments with kitches that no one uses. Big fridges, weak wifi, could barely get enough signal to make a WhatsApp call at times- I was on the 7th floor. One English speaking tv channel, the rest in Thai. Great pool and nice gym. Hygiene wasn't the best, communal areas were a bit dirty. Excellent location near the weekend markets. Good if basic local amenities, ideally you need a motorbike if you stay here . The staff generally are very friendly and helpful.

Good accommodations for longer term stays. Location is on main road. Close to the southern part of Hua Hin, where many bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Great value Thai restaurant next door. Gym is ok, plenty of underground parking. Rooms are dated and aged. Showers are inside a bathtub. Pool area never gets direct sunlight. Staff are very kind and helpful. For whatever reason wifi is very unstable and no service oftèn and they weren't able to resolve it during my 7 day stay, even after switching old router to a new one.

Good solid place to stay, reasonable location, nice long pool, a few exercise items, and pretty tidy rooms and amenities. WiFi was poor - never could get on even after many calls to staff.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
