Not a luxurious fancy hotel, but a lovely atmospheric little place, just the perfect escape for a moment from all the extra noise. The service was friendly, the rooms were kept clean. Great location, easy to get around on foot or electric scooter. Around the corner was definitely the best restaurant in the area!

Great and quiet location in the city. Clean and comfortable room with air conditioning and minibar. Very helpful and friendly staff. Right next to hotel is a café for a morning coffee and muffin or croissant. Just a few minutes away, you will find great places to eat deliciously (eg. La Grande Bellezza restaurant). I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friend.

We had a very pleasant stay. The domus was incredibly gentle and nice. 15 minute walk to the trevi fountain, so this is absolutely a very nice place to stay if you don't mind the 15 minute walk downtown. We will return❤️

Horrible customer service! This hotel doesn’t care about it’s countries rules and regulations regarding COVID-29. I booked a room in this hotel but got a positive test for COVID and unfortunately had to cancel my trip because no one would let me in Italy with a positive test. But the girl doesn’t CARE! They refused to cooperate! They didn’t want to change the dates, didn’t want to return money. According to their managers “A positive test is no longer an excuse NOT TO COME”. Tell this to the authorities! Oh yes…if you want to reach them on booking.com they will ignore you! So they would rather earn 400€ then save the reputation and clients! Strongly not recommended. You can book this hotel only if you want to lose your money. That’s the only great service they provide!!!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
