        The lobby smells even if all windows are open and they offer no aircon in the lobby. Our room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, weeks!!! We asked them to clean once again but still very dusty, sandy and dirty. The hall was also dirty I think those who run the hotel doesn't care or simply live very dirty. Staff is friendly but wants to charge you with anything possible, a extra pillow towel anything asked for has a price and no service. The parking in the front is very hazards and the parking at the back is very inconvenient. Put your money elsewhere so that you can enjoy your vacation in a clean place without dirt.

        Suited for young travellers. This is a well located hotel if you are travelling by bus. It is located about 50m south of the bus stop. The rooms are clean, the staff helpful and the price fair. The only things to be aware of is there is no elevator and the toilet and showers are almost combined. It is a 300 m walk to the beach if you go direct and about a 2.5 km walk to the centre of town. It doesn't deserve a lot of the negative reviews.

        This Hotel is beautiful and clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. It is only 50 metres from the bus stop so after arriving at 1am from Phuket it was a welcome retreat. There are no lifts but the staff kindly carried the bags up to our rooms, so the stairs were not a problem. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling by bus and needing a night to rest.
