Such an amazing place with the best service you can find. Everyone is friendly and so helpful. Thank you Carlos for all your amazing service at the Prestige beach cabanas. Never had to ask for anything he was always right there with the girls drinks along with anything else we may have been drinking. Also, thank you to Rafael and Jose from prestige at the Aqua Nick for great service as well. Overall an amazing trip.

We went to this resort 3 nights to celebrate my son’s birthday. He loved the pools and water park. But the resort has a lot of work to do. First the room it self was clean, but seemed very bland. Not a lot of decorations or even coziness. We had a swim up room the pool was clean but the outdoor furniture was disgusting, it looked like it has never been cleaned. Housekeeping only came once and if we didn’t catch the housekeeper outside we wound not have gotten any fresh towels or water for the room. Food needs improvement. Drinks are just ok. Serving staff were kind and I could see they tried their best. Entertainment for kids is very none existent unless you pay extra. With this being a kid friendly resort it’s not really kid friendly minus the small water park. one of the biggest problems I feel were the front desk staff and concierge. They don’t seem to care much. Our main reason to go to this resort was to celebrate my sons birthday. I requested the banner and cupcake for the room, never came. Inquired about it but no urgency or care for it to be done. One of the only restaurants my son wanted to visit was space walkers, we were told to make a reservation. We made the reservation but then staff never really made the reservation. And the error was never corrected. Honestly you can get more elsewhere for the cost of this place.

This place is amazing for kids. Lots of entertainment for them day and night. As an asult i felt food was mediocre. They have kid friendly staple foods for kids so my little one ate. However no snacks available for them. Word to the wise pack snacks! The rooms are very clean and despite being a larger resort getting around is fairly easy. Overall it's been a great experience.

Character breakfast was cute. Loved the atmosphere, song and dancing were fun, what a perfect way to start our day!! Kids enjoyed the water park and slimming. But everything was extra $. Kids club was always packed so never got to use. Rooms were cute decor but too small, need new flooring, need repairs in bathroom and a detail cleaning. Service was slow and non existent at times. The resort was very empty and lots of staff but hour + wait at restaurants, no reservations available and the buffet took 30-40 mins just to get a napkin or water. Too slow especially with kids! The room service even took over an hour just for soup and an apple juice for my sick kid. The price for what we paid did not meet the level of service you’d expect. We had fun, it is a cute place but keep your expectations low. It’s not Disney.

Our trip was great. The staff was friendly and made sure we had a great time. The aqua park while small, was perfect for our 2 year old. Leanna was great with coordinating our pictures with the characters at aqua Nick.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
