I wish I could give them double the stars. Such an incredible stay. Great and welcoming staff. I think we got the best adorable room. On my birthday they presented an actual cake with personalized candles, totally surprised. Clean and comfortable. Amazing coffee great buffet breakfast. The restaurant is very good as well. Amazing location, walk to all the main attractions. Less than 5 minute walk to Rossio Station. I travel a lot and this hotel impressed me. Congratulations

The positive reviews are what led me to book this hotel in the first place and I was not disappointed! All around great option for being in the heart of downtown! Walkable, clean and modern rooms, good breakfast, and very friendly staff! Would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area - easy to access everything wonderful Lisbon has to offer.

This hotel was beautiful and the decor was modern and stylish. We had a great stay and can’t stop thinking about our hotel view. The hotel was in the center of most attractions! Marcos was INCREDIBLE. He made us feel special from the moment we walked in. He is so kind and very knowledgeable on how to navigate the city :) The staff at the front desk was great also…! We enjoyed ourselves so much ! We look forward to staying at this hotel again the next time we visit Portugal

Nicola Rossio Hotel is a great place to stay for the night or for a couple of days, right at the heart of Lisbon! The concierge welcomed us and made sure the check-in process was smooth! We were very close to public transport and tourist attractions which was a big plus for us. My partner and I stayed for the night and the room was modern, clean, and comfortable! We would consider staying here again! Thanks for having us!

It was a great time staying at this hotel. The room was very clean and convinced. Staff were very kind and thoughtful, especially. I was very surprised to see the birthday cake and champagne in the room. It was a great memory in the first night on my Portugal trip.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
