Lication is great, you can walk anywhere you want to visit in Rome. It is a very very clean hotel specially we were in love with bathroom! And a very helpful host! Thanks for everything.

Very central location, 15 min of walking distance to Roma Termini, 5 min to collesium, clean and wide rooms and bathroom, air condition, wifi, will definetly book again.

The four days here made for a very nice Roman holiday. It was very close to all the core attractions and the shopkeepers were very nice and patient, a very good experience!

Walked in and walked out five minutes later. Any pictures online make the place seem much more nice than it is. The queen size beds are just two twin side beds pushed together and look like they would have bed bugs. Host is very insistent and a bit rude. The location may be five minutes away from the colosseum. Host did not answer the buzzer at the front door we had to go in when another lady went in. Place is dirty and seems unsafe and very suspicious. The host seems like a creep and all descriptions and photos are a lie. The air conditioning is awful and barely works. DO NOT STAY HERE there are better options elsewhere. Don’t risk it!!!

The website doesn’t do this place justice because it is nothing like pictured. It was a glorified hostel. We had 6 people and were told we would all fit, but the rooms were tiny. The website said breakfast, but whatever dining room they had looked like they’d made it into a storage room. The entrance to the rooms looked dirty and the wifi was awful. Do not stay here for any price.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
