Before I get too far I want to discuss the two issues we had. 1) we were given an upgrade to a twin duplex suite. More on that later. The hotel website that people in those rooms get half a bottle of wine and a cheese plate. I would have loved that but we didn't receive that. 2) the breakfast buffet needs more variety However, the good parts. The upgrade was great. The room was huge. I loved having two floors and we had plenty of rook. Service overall was fantastic. My status has a diamond member was recognized at check in and often. Location was also good with an easy walk to subway. Overall I would stay again.

We had an amazing stay! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Initially communicated with them about utilizing their luggage storage room to drop off our luggages and secure them as we understood check-in was not until 3:00PM. However, when we arrived they granted us an early check-in. That was such a pleasant surprise and was a great way to start our trip! This location is such a perk also. It’s quiet and cozy! It’s next to everything- the metro (BIG PLUS), restaurants, stores, pharmacy. This is not a touristy area and you can get a peek of the locals vibe and atmosphere. We booked with points so this was such a GREAT value. We will stay here again when we come back to Paris!

Although it was only one night we had an exceptional time. From dining to the quiet & comfortable rooms it's a great hotel in the heart of Montparnasse - highly recommend. There's also a grocery store just a few feet away for your convenience- water, snacks etc.

Just finished a wonderful 6 night stay at the Niepce! I stayed in the Queen Deluxe room solo on a girl's trip- the room was spacious by Parisian standards! The storage space is really smart with plenty of options to store things which I've missed at other hotels. It would definitely be tight with a lot of luggage but since I was only traveling with one suitcase it was no problem. The room was quiet other than the sound of my neighbor's door opening and closing. Housekeeping was spotless, the bathroom has full size products and robe/slippers, and the Nespresso machine, electric kettle and daily water bottle were much appreciated! The breakfast spread was very good with a good range of American and European options and the cappuccino was delightful. There's a 2-for-1 Happy Hour drinks special in the bar every day that was explained to me as a Diamond benefit but is actually available to everyone. The staff was definitely a highlight of the hotel- their restaurant recommendations were great and they were quite helpful making a few reservations for me that I was unable to make online. The location is quiet and residential but close to the Metro and Montparnasse so it never took us too long to get anywhere. If you want a hotel where you can easily pop in while hitting the major sites or you do not want to take public transit, this is likely not the location for you but I found it very convenient and perfect for having a quiet peaceful respite from the tourist crowds. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting!

The rooms are small, but typical for Paris. Service was great, and the breakfast buffet was nice. We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the dining room. We also liked the location, it's in a quieter neighborhood away from the busy tourist areas. However, it was still very easy to get to anywhere you'd like to go.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
